http://www.general.assembly.codesria.org/ The General Assembly is established in CODESRIA's Charter as the highest decision-making organ of the Council. It meets once every three years around a scientific theme. The discussions held during the Assembly constitute the nucleus around which the CODESRIA's intellectual agenda is developed. During its triennial meetings, the Assembly elects the President, the Vice-President and Members of the Executive Committee and approve the composition of the Scientific Committee proposed by the Executive Committee.
